Perimeter has acquired seven properties along Main Street between Ainslie Street and Water Street in Cambridge, Ontario as part of a city rebuilding program of redevelopment and restoration. Plans are underway to upgrade approximately 15 residential units and 10 store- fronts that will provide the catalyst for rejuvenation of the Galt downtown core. The City of Cambridge has partnered with Perimeter in this revitalization effort by committing to upgrading the lighting and streetscape on the block. This commitment will translate into a city-wide urban renewal and streetscape program as funds and project opportunities arise.
