31-33 King Street North, Waterloo was purchased as a mostly vacant property with three small run down apartments on the second level. Perimeter gutted the second level and revitalized the space into a regional office for an engineering firm. The ground floor space was renovated to accommo- date Coffee Culture, a well established coffee shop and eatery.
